The Neptune heating unit

The Neptune heating unit differs from the Logos in design of the heat exchange unit. Our specialists recommend unit storage tanks according to the needs of the Customer. Plate heat exchanger has been designed to connect the “Neptune” heating unit to the Customer`s storage tanks. Our specialists recommend the Customer to select the volume and number of storage tanks.

The “Neptune» heating unit can be connected to storage tanks with a total volume of up to 200 m³.

  • The main source of domestic hot water for technological and domestic needs;
  • Reheating of water for DHW needs with insufficient parameters for centralized supply;
  • DHW of remote stationary residential facilities;
  • Heating of heat carriers of centralized heating systems.
  • Decrease in installed capacity by two or more times compared to electric flow heaters;
  • Smoothing of “peak” moments of power consumption and water consumption. The main heating can be done at night, and in the afternoon the unit will operate in the heating mode.
The Khabarovsk district administration, Khabarovsk territory CONSTRUCTION AND PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT

The boiler room of kindergarten was reconstructed in Knyaze-Volkonka village of Khabarovsky territory, of Khabarovsk Krai on 26 Oct 2004. The boiler room was equipped with a three FTE-100 electrode boilers, four circulation pump, two 15 m³ storage vessels, the cold water storage tank ,the hot water storage tank and equipment for chemical water treatment before being reconstructed. When being reconstructed two electrode boilers were dismantled. Instead, the heating unit of the induction type TITAN – 100 (2×50) with a circulation pump and a stand-alone installation of hot wat er supply LOGOS – 13 was installed and connected. The JF Basic 3 RT automatic station of water supply was used to provide water. We remade one of the 15m³ cumulative tanks to increase the synchronous volume of imported water under storage tank of cold water. Remaining equipment was decommissioned as unnecessar y in the accepted reconstruction design consequently we obtained space of 50 m² to use for other purposes (store, workshop, etc.). Currently only one induction heat er of the heating unit with the capacity of 50 kW , providing the desired temperature in the building is in operation. Electricity consumption in the boiler amount ed 43920 kW in November and December 2004. Electricity consumption was 739 74 kW, i.e. a savings of over two months was 30054 kWh, which in monetary terms accounted 64189 RUB during the same period in 2003. The annual economic ef fect of energy saving is expected to amount to not less than 210 thousand rubles.
