IHP (INDACTION HEATING PLANT)
Direct heating plant enables to automatically and highly accurately heat to manufacture very high quality products.
Initially the Plant of the Siberian Technological Engineering manufactured direct heating plants only for the MINATOM (Ministry of Nuclear Energy) of Russia enterprises, but presently any company can get access to these technologies. Direct heating enables to create plants for a wide range of heating processes: reactors, autoclaves, extruders, press forms, etc. Heat is released evenly on the of the container walls with the heated substance. The heating temperature can reach 500°C (the plant works on the current frequency of 50 Hz).
This equipment can be used without direct heating of the intermediate heat carrier for any chemical processes which require heating temperatures of 400-500°C.

We have been cooperating with the plant since 2002. We purchased and commissioned 9 induction heaters of various capacities. Plants are used at our facilities in technological processes to produce road concrete mixtures on plants and in road construction to heat up bitumen and asphalt concrete mixing(ACM). Taking into consideration the experience of operating the induction heating plants I want to thank the staff of CJSC the Plant of the Siberian Technological Engineering for manufacturing such equipment. The operation of plants has proved the heaters to be reliable in operation, easy to maintain, have modern design and help replace reduced crude by more economical safe ,environmentally-friendly and promising source.
The introduction of the systems has been approved Power Supervision of the State Energy Supervision Committee of the Komi Republic and recommended them to use in the enterprises of road and oil industry, as a safe and energy-saving equipment. In our opinion, the equipment based on induction heating tends to be the equipment of the future!
