ELECTRIC HEATERS OF EXPLOSION-PROOF DESIGN (ENVI)
EHEPD heaters have the 1ExdllВТ4 X explosion protection marking and can be used in hazardous areas in explosive mixtures of the category IIA, IIB, groups T1…T4 according to the classification GOST Р51330.5, GOST Р51330.11 (Russian National Standard) at the ambient temperature of -60 t- +40°C.
Water, a mixture of water and ethylene glycol (antifreeze) and other heat carriers are used as a heated medium in systems of a heat supply of various facilities. Electric heaters can be used to heat various liquids, such as petrochemical products (crude oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, etc.), and gases (natural and associated petroleum gas, air, nitrogen, etc.) in technological heating units. The essential requirements to heated products – the absence of aggressive substances that deplete metals; viscosity at the working temperature range of not more than 150-200 cSt.
- The heating of the heat carrier;
- Heating in heat supply systems;
- Heating of various liquids and gases in process application.
The module for heating module explosion-proof is a block-container in which inductive explosion-proof electric heaters (ENVI) with automatic control system, piping, circulation pumps and shut-off valves are located. The specified heat regime in the heat supply system is maintained automatically, using the control equipment located in the module.
The block-container is thermally insulated, equipped with ventilation, lighting and automatic temperature maintenance. Does not require constant supervision by the staff.
